Important Information Regarding Adobe Acrobat Reader (pdf) files. To save this file to your computer or to print the file directly from Acrobat Reader, use the Acrobat Reader menu (usually the third or fourth row of menus at the top of your screen). You will see two icons that look like this . The “disk” icon on the left will prompt you to save the file to a location on your hard drive. The “printer” icon on the right will print the document right from the screen. If you have used the option we have in our files of filling out the documents on the computer, you must print a copy for your files. Remember that you can save the form to your computer, but you CANNOT save the information that you typed it.
